I appreciate the jury members saying they believed B Craig was the shooter and was guilty, but I am UNBELIEVABLY ANGRY that this fucking Prosecutor's Office can't seem to prosecute even the most straightforward cases. What a huge miscarriage of justice. And that fucking druggie murderer is once again wandering the streets.

I was watching the local ABQ news announce the verdict of not guilty for a very high-profile murder case here. The guy on trial was alledged to have murdered three teenages about 10 years ago. The jury in the case was wonderful, but the prosecutor built such a lousy case that the jurors could not convict him. The forewoman said most of the jurors thought he was guilty, but they couldn't convict him on the evidence. I was expressing my disgust with the District Attorney's office for bringing such a poorly prepared case to trial.
