We just came through there, and I've fallen in love with the place. My wife won't move, but I'd go there in a heartbeat, damn you guys are lucky.

I grew up in Alb., spent lots of time in Taos and Santa Fe. Two wonderfully liberal, beautiful cities (and the skiing.....oh yeah!).

Oh how I'd love to own an earthship. And Taos is also the home of Herr Rumsfeld. I imagine the positive energy of the place drops like a sinkhole whenever the corpse is back in town. Beautiful place, though.

I want to move to NM also (and go to school there) after going there to volunteer for Kerry from Texas. The Pechos Wilderness is awesome too. Check it out: http://jamesrorr.smugmug.com/gallery/68489/1/2381840
