1. 66 on Alameda and I-25 has lowest prices I've seen
they are about the same price as Costco; when I went by there last night I think they were $2.60 a gallon.

I passed by the Santa Domingo Pueblo this past weekend, and I was definitely surprised by how low the gas was, relatively of course ($2.65)
