Before the unexplained breaking of the promise to allow the plaintiffs to examine the voting machines, they ALREADY were able to demonstrate "glitches" like those that "won" the close New Mexico 2004 presidential election for Bush/Cheney.

This latest development is not the end - it shows how high the stakes are and that the paydirt is indeed there to find.
