for another term aren't too good against Spitzer but Pres is even worse. I think he'll sign it to save his name here if nothing else.

That will officially give him zero shot against beating Spitzer, not that he has much of a chance anyway. If he really wants to run for President, I think he might because there's no way he'll win another term if he even runs, which is also doubtful.
