I wonder what NY GOPers think of this; on one hand, it's an affront that transcends partisanship: yet again, the state (their state too) that is the NUMBER ONE target for terror attacks gets short-changed. On the OTHER hand, it's par for the course with their slash-and-spend (only when it benefits the least needy) comrades in DC.
