I'll Be There!!!! Dear Friend,
I know I said I was done sending emails, but this news is too exciting to hold back.
Because of your participation in this great campaign, we have attracted none other than President Bill Clinton to join us this Monday afternoon at an exciting Rally for Change. We want you to be part of it all.
Rally for Change with President Clinton and John Hall
When: Monday, Oct. 30
Time: Doors Open at 2:45 pm
Where: Colonial Terrace, Main Ballroom; 119 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor (link to map http://www.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=119+Oregon+Road,+cortlandt+manor,+ny&ie=UTF8&z=13&ll=41.314563,-73.903999&spn=0.063565,0.160847&om=1&iwloc=addr
The momentum for this campaign continues to build. As Election Day closes in, we are honored that such a special guest is coming here to support John. It's always good to see neighbors helping neighbors.

Thank you,

President Clinton was here, in Albany, last Thursday for Kirsten Gillibrand and it was great. He stayed afterwards and shook hands and spoke with people too. Here's the thread with a couple of pics: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=364&topic_id=2486959

Just a warning though just about every dem in the district got a chance to speak and it was forever before we got to Clinton. It was worth the resulting backpain though! I was also very surprised that there was literally no security at the airport. We went to see Edwards there in '04 and had to wait on line for over an hour and then go through the scanners but for our President there was almost nothing but a couple of Secret Service cars outside and bomb sniffing dog that had more interest in peeing on the bushes outside the hangar (no pun intended but maybe that was a very smart dog! :) )

Anyone in the 99th AD or 40th SD can also pick up Harper and Kaplowitz hand signs to wave...we need a strong presence from Putnam.
I'm shivering with antici-pation!
