DCCC's top 40 targeted Republican congressional seats include four NY seats.
New York's 13th, 25th, 26th and 29th all will be targeted.

4. King's seat will convert when he retires
I don't see that district sending another Republican to Congress. Peter King will turn 64 this year. I don't see him running for more than two additional terms.
