Spitzer supporting factory farms/CAFOs?!

I was inspired by Spitzer when he was running... but if he thinks CAFOs are the way to fix the upstate economy, then I'm going to have to reexamine every speech I heard him give and make sure that "fix" wasn't "fuck".

1. I wouldn't make much of where he held a rally 2 years ago?

Nothing I've heard or seen from Ag & Markets and DEC under him makes me think he's promoting CAFOs, though I'd like to know if anyone knows that he is. They're at least enforcing regulatory actions on them.

I like Spitzer too, but all too often someone who isn't familiar with certain issues will sign off on bad bills without meaning to.

I'm pretty sure Spitzer knows that while upstate needs business, it doesn't need to come at the expense of quality of life.

I'll still keep my eye on this though, and if anything else comes up, I'll post it here.
