I'm assuming there's no chance the district would flip to the 'Pugs.
But NYC DU'ers probably have a better sense of who'd step up to the plate.
Got any names?

You could see why a person might wonder.
(And I'm not trying to start an argument with you on this...just noting the weirdness of the seat passing between two royal houses in Harlem or whatever the hell this is).
What's the book on Powell the Fourth, btw?
