I just heard Obama's Raleigh speech on CNN

It was wonderful. He was very specific on his plans to help the economy. A woman spoke just before he did. She told a story of her and her husband's situation with the devastating economic effects of their illnesses over the past few years. She was a lifelong Republican. She's voting for OBAMA!!!!

1. I hope that North Carolina goes blue this year.

2. I have a few acquaintances who will be voting for a democrat for the first time.

My thought has been that Obama will empower those who didn't even realize they weren't! And it's happening.
