1. Close - missed a good one by 12 hrs. :(

Keeping at it - just may rent a townhome for a while after our Charlotte home sells. Renting for awhile to get little blm in school, and then wait for a suitable place to come on the market.

It's sad that all the nice 20s and 30s craftsman style homes are in Durham while Chapel Hill is full of 60s, 70s, and 80s structures. It's tempting to buy a house in Durham and move it to some land in Chapel Hill. ;)
