Orange County sales and use tax on the ballot today.

Any other OC residents make it to the polls yet? I'm not sure what the new tax is supposed to do. The only "discussion" I have heard on it are the road signs saying "support schools and jobs - vote for the new tax." Apparently the county board is not providing much in the way of detail on how they plan to allocate any funds raised should the issue pass. But they have spent $175K to try to sell it to us. That's a lot of road signs.
