anyone in raleigh area and know about computers or selling one

my mom is looking for

- an easy to use pc with windows xp but not cluttered with too much
- a quality 22" crt monitor

also
- if anyone is available to do basic setup and tutorial once she gets something please let me know
i will pay but i dont know what the rate should be so please let me know that also
i am looking for someone who is easygoing and knows computers well enough to communicate information to my mom (who doesnt see very well and doesnt retain information the best but does ok in limited doses)

she is receiving zoom/voice software for free to help her use a computer with limited eyesight but needs to get a different computer & monitor now
