4. Try UNC Poverty Center

He is the director of the Univeristy of NC Poverty Center and he is meeting all around the country talking about the poverty issue so that is his homebase. He has moved his residence to Chapel Hill as well.

One America is what was left of his campaign for president in 2003 primaries.

You may have luck at the center to get a note to him that he will actually read himself. He has a small staff at the center check the UNC Law School website see if you can make a contact.
