Cooper had a good record on gay rights while Perdue has a mixed one. I don't know much about Moore. After Easley double crossed us I really wanted to vote for someone not against.

I am not sure what his stand on Gay Rights is but in other areas he seems to be pretty progressive. I believe he was the first member of the council of state to promote the raising of the minimum wage. He spoke at the Democratic Party State Executive meeting last spring and had some good things to say.

Perdue really anger me by abstaining when they added gays to the anti bullying material.
