2. Neal entered first, Hagen sent in to be Politically Correct

Neal is right on all of the issues, but apparently the party structure or someone in some smoke filled rooms were worried that being an openly gay man would hurt his chances.

So they sent Hagen in.

Hagen is FOR giving Telecoms immunity, its been posted in this forum before.

She is fairly conservative for a DEM.
