BISMARCK - In mid-March, Washington, D.C., watchdog groups and news reports listed Rep. Earl Pomeroy, D-N.D., as a suspected ethics violator, along with embattled Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay of Texas, because of a trip to South Korea.

There is nothing in the Forum story to support the second paragraph assertion that "Dorgan...was a recipient of the "avid schmoozing" of Jack Abramoff".
