This development is the thing downtown needs. Fargo is no longer a small town. This will take our city to the next level. I don't want to get into a long-winded speech as to why you should vote yes tomorrow. You've heard from both sides. The "no" side has done nothing but bitch and whine about this proposal for three months now, and has not offered any alternatives or solutions of their own. They claim "Save Downtown - Vote No", but they don't tell you HOW they think downtown will be improved.

I urge you all to vote YES on this project today.
