He is adding himself today.
As a former Senate staffer, I can believe this could happen, and am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. But I hope somebody's hindquarters are very sore for letting this happen.

Something has to be up... I just cannot imagine why Conrad would do this. Geek Tragedy said yesterday that Conrad is in ND working on keeping the bases open?!? I dunno.
