An effort to let Cincinnati voters decide whether gays should be protected against discrimination might be turning "criminal".
The Hamilton County prosecutor's office is investigating whether allegedly fake signatures on petitions might constitute voter fraud.
Those petitions were circulated this Spring by advocates who want the discrimination issue on the November ballot.
It was Phil Burress's community values group who paid a company to get more than 7,000 signatures on that petition.
