And this is after DeWine's smear campaign. I'm going to a Brown fundraiser this Thursday. He's my Congressman anyway, but it is getting expensive to talk to him. (smirk)

Also, RI and Montana moved into "Leans Democrat" column.

If it was up to the old Washington insider crowd, we wouldn't even be fighting in Montana. This is Dean's 50-state-solution at work.

I recall you cited a bigger contribution than that. I don't want to sound like I'm bragging about my means; $1000 is on order with what I would spend on a vacation or on a new road bike. It is several times more than I gave Kerry or Dean.

At the last fundraiser, Brown said that he is pleased to have raised $9 Million, but he would like to raise $4 Million more. Ohio is an expensive place to run because we have at least six media markets to run TV ads in. He needs the bucks.

I like his tv ads, and I am pleasantly surprised with his success in translating complicated trade issues into sound bites and very simple, but effective messages.
