Just fr the fact that both Dewine and Blackwell are percieved as goiing down, the midterm GOP voter may be less inclined to turn out to vote...

Why, simply because Dem voters have been in the Wilderness so long, they are going to turn out in droves to celebrate a new day dawning for Ohio....

some manipulation of the voting machines or some nonsense. Already they;re trying to reject absentee votes and cause confusion over exit polling.
