Has anyone else seen this sign?

I'm here in inner city Columbus. Just down the street there are three signs that say "Faith Vote Columbus". They are orange with blue letters. There is no reference to any party. I'm thinking these might be some kind of evangelical code signs. Has anyone else seen them? Anyone know what it means? It looks like maybe an attempt to sway the black evangelical voters without letting others know what they are doing.
