Saturday December 2 is a busy day for peace here in Cleveland. The National Labor Antiwar Demonstration, kickoff event for the National Labor Conference Against the Iraq War, assembles at 2 pm, outside the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 777 St. Clair Avenue. (Parking at downtown meters free on Saturday). March begins promptly at 2:30 pm from the Crowne Plaza Hotel to the Federal Building and Cleveland City Hall for a rally. Details. This demonstration is cosponsored by the North Shore Federation of Labor (formerly Cleveland AFL- CIO) and U.S. Labor Against the War (USLAW).
