Ohio flags at half staff while Americans are dying...?

Here's an idea - how about contacting Ted Strickland to get an executive order to lower all flags on state grounds to half staff as long as Americans are dying in Iraq and Afghanistan? I was a little disturbed to see the flags flying at half staff for the VA students, while everyday our troops are dying and no respect is paid to them. Maybe having our flags at half staff will hit home to America that our sons and daughters are dying everyday...?
