Question about SB5

Does anyone know when the vote on SB5 will be held, what the projected vote count is and if there are any "undecided-uncommitted" votes still out.

2. I don't think anyone really knows at this point.

They were supposed to have 3 weeks of hearings, but then said it could be as soon this week. Their goal is just to get it passed soon enough that if it becomes a ballot issue it'll be on the 2011 one. As for the projected vote count, everyone I've heard talk about it has implied it should pass fairly easily.

3. It would have be to signed by K-sick no later than April 6th, in order for it to go

on the ballot in Nov.

I think it will be a done deal by April 6th. I don't think the GOP wants it on the ballot next year, a Presidential election year.
