Andrew Rice, State Senate candidate from the 46th District.

I'm not from Oklahoma, but I stumbled across his profile on 21st Century Democrats, and he looks VERY promising.

When you read Andrew’s story detailing how he became passionate about influencing policy, you realize there are two sides of the story.
