Looking for Gunderson Steel Fabrication information / anecdotes

I’m looking for information about the Gunderson Steel Fabrication manufacturing plants in TX & OR. There are allegations that Gunderson has / had a secret government contract to produce rail boxcars with shackles as well as guillotines.

The allegations smell a bit fundy to me, but would like your input. If possible, please provide links to web resources.

1. About all I can tell you about Gunderson

is that they do indeed make boxcars here, and employ quite a few people.

But shackles and guillotines? Where'd you hear that?
