I wrote Wyden, Hooley and De Fazio regarding my disgust for the Roberts nomination and only Peter bothered to kick me back a form letter about the relevant issues. I had no idea that his support for choice is actually probably the strongest of those three Dems. That tells me something.

He needs to be far more pro-active about saving old growth, but in this district you are damned if you please the timber corporations and damned if you don't.
I would prefer pete to Gordo for Senator any day of the week, twice on Sunday.
