SALEM, Ore. - State elections officials are looking into Republican governor candidate Kevin Mannix's campaign finance reports after a complaint from injured-worker advocate Ernie Delmazzo.
Delmazzo filed a complaint with the Elections division law week claiming 16 "deficiencies" in Mannix's September campaign finance report.

"If true, there's some potential, substantive violations of Oregon campaign-finance reporting requirements," Neal said.

Mannix also has been criticized for past use of two political committees to funnel money into his campaigns and for getting Oregon Republican Party money to help pay off his loans while he was serving as the party chairman.
