Although I think people are going to be very sorry about the eminent domain legislation, and still think it's silly that people rejected basing insurance on risk instead of credit. Otherwise, it's good to know this state is really rejecting the radical right.

I would love to see my insurance based on my driving record. I've had one ticket and no accidents in 36 years of driving.

rates should go up. WTF?
Credit Scores should be used for just that: Credit applications.
Now they are used for "background searches" for jobs, insurance quotes, etc...
It's wrong.

Originally these numbers were only supposed to be used for social security and that was a promise made to people who didn't like the idea of being tracked through numbers. Name, Rank and Serial Number - the military didn't use SS numbers then. When I went through my dad's things after he died, he had a separate revenue number too. We're not supposed to have one number that tracks between our tax returns and credit and all the rest. People thought their private business was supposed to be just that, private.
