anyone got a rental property available?

A lovely DU family of five is looking in Portland for a home. Four BR would be best, but could be three with a bonus room or some other configuration. The situation is dire -- their current landlord just informed them that she plans to move back into her house, so they must move out and there just aren't very many listings this time of year because of the busy holiday season!

Southeast is preferred. Excellent references are available.

1. Aww .... I was in the late fall search for a rental last year ....

And finally found a decent place in Hillsdale .... 4 bedrooms, (2 bonus rooms/bedrooms in the attic), 2 baths and full basement/1 car garage .... under $1000 per month ....

It took me 3 months to find it, but I had the 'luxury' of waiting until I found the right place for us ....

Craigslist, along with oregonlive.com, provided the greatest opportunities ....
