New $14 QWest charge

Does anybody know what this is? I swear my phone bill just keeps going up and up and up.

So I did and see that the $1.18 part of it is to provide service to schools, libraries, etc. Okay, good enough.

But then there's a $12.95 charge for MOREMINS MTH LYFEE. I don't have long distance, voicenet, or any other kind of telephony or what have you. So what the hell is that for? Anybody know? I don't want to sit on hold to figure this out, or deal with someone who doesn't know, or who knows what. As you might guess, I get a bit testy.
