Not cool, folks. I thought I didn't have a chance to see Obama because I had a meeting. The meeting was changed. I hurried to the bowling alley to get tickets ten minutes before 2 pm and the sign was already there... Sorry! I could accept being back so far in a line that the tickets ran out, but I was told that a certain number of tickets would be held for Albany and the sign was up before the giveaway was scheduled to begin. Why, exactly, did Corvallis (elitist capitol of Oregon--not that I have a great big problem with that, but others do) in Benton County got chances on two days before Albany (in Linn county with the event at the Linn County fairgrounds in Albany, a more blue collar area) was scheduled to have a distribution of tickets fifteen minutes after seating was to begin, then there were no tickets. Not cool.
