Cheney sneaking into Oregon to try...

to influence the electoral votes on Friday, Sept. 17. Coming with no fanfare--doesn't want to attract protestors. It's going to be in a barn near Greenhill Rd. and Boedenhagen(spelling?).

There is a Bodenhamer Road off Greenhill, just south of the airport. Hmmmm....

I was pretty close in spelling Bodenhamer, wasn't I? :)

I was born in Oregon, went to school and lived most of my life in Portland. Those streets sound familar but it's been a long time since I've lived there and I don't know where Greenhill or Bodenhamer are off the top of my head but if I were to drive around in that area I'm sure it would come back to me.

Taliaferro said the meeting is going to be in a barn, I think, because Cheney doesn't want to attract attention. Doesn't surprise me.

3. Cheney's Eugene visit

The Register Guard ran a story about the visit today. The event is being hosted by Marvin and Ruby Ringsdorf at their local family farm. To get there, you would take Beltline highway to Barger (west). Barger will lead you to Green Hill rd after about 1.5 miles. North on Green Hill to Bodenhamer. I can't imagine that it will be hard to find.

If Cheney is not brave enough to come into Eugene due to protesters, we'll have to go to him! Spread the word!!
