Dish Network and KATU screw customers on a bad weather day...

Wouldn't you know it that on another bad snow day, when locals here need access to local news reports on road conditions, etc. that this channel's dead on Dish Network's lineup with a message that KATU's contract with Dish Network expired last night and "no deal" has been done. Both sides are claiming the other is unreasonable in their terms. What is the real story? Who's causing this problem? Whoever's playing hardball at the public's expense deserves a BLACK EYE!

And the other local channels should really be doing more to cover the local conditions here instead of a lot of paid programming too.
