we've been living in North Carolina.. got outsourced again. i really don't enjoy living in the South. this is better than Rural West Tennessee.. where we lived for 3 years. i really hope we can get out of here. its been almost 30 years since I've been thru Medford. i have lived ib Salem, Sweet Home and Portland.. i have never spent much time in th Southern part of Oregon... i just remember it was Really hot in the summer.. over a 100* the last time i went thru

Very progressive, maybe moreso than Eugene, or maybe Eugene without Springfield. I think it's a few degrees cooler than Medford too. I lived there for a few months back in the 70s. I hear housing is expensive, but maybe it's not so bad with the mortgage crash. I would be excited if I were negotiating a job in Ashland, woohoo!!

With good food and great theater. Really, I'd say a great place to live. A great place to visit for that matter.
