Looking out the south side of my office suite, there are at least three photo-electric lights illuminated in the West Hills because it's so dark out there. The next weather forecaster who uses the word "interesting" to describe this sucky weather pattern that seems to have take up permanent residence is taking his life in his hands.

1. First day of summer, and it looks like the weather's finally turned the corner.

Extra rain seems to have caused a bumper crop of salmon berries. I've discovered an enormous horde, but I'm not saying where.
