Looking for older homes/private property to metal detect in Gresham/Portland general area

Figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I am polite & neat when I dig my targets. I can recover personal items but frankly I'm hoping to add to my coin collection so I'd want to keep a majority of recovered items.

Areas of particular intrest are old school & homestead sights. If anyone has any advice on such places(no longer on the map -folklore etc...) that would be helpfull also.

I've only been at it for a year now. I started for health reasons & am very glad I did. But as of late I've worn the local parks & schools pretty thin & I'm hoping to find some new detecting grounds.
