Anyone know about transferring a NAC license from WA State to Oregon?

I'm thinking of relocating to Portland. Lately, I'm beginning to think I'm in 'Hickville' out here. Anyway, any help on the above is greatly appreciated.

1. Oregon has pretty stringent reqs for CNA's, but I imagine WA does too. Here's a start

This is a state form that all out of state licence holders must complete to see if you meet OR licencing requirements.
