Party narrowly held counties near Philly, but keeps wary eye on '08.

Sighs of relief outnumbered cries of triumph Wednesday among Republican leaders in suburban Philadelphia as the party kept its hold on all four courthouses in the counties ringing the city.
''I think the suburbs will be key. They are going blue,'' Hoeffel said. ''I believe three and maybe four of the counties will vote Democratic. The suburbs are trending Democratic and that is going to continue.''
