What I thought would an easy, low turnout first time as a district election board member now promises to be insane. Yay me. :scared: Anyone else working the polls?

1. I was a poll-watcher for two elections, the primary and the

general in 2004. I corrected counting errors both times. The poll workers were very devoted citizens, most
of whom had been doing this for over 25 years. They were mostly over age 65, and by 9 at night, several were
in pain from bad hips, etc. The count errors were simply that . . . errors.

But it is fascinating to watch, even if tiring when you are there aaallllll daaayyyy loooonnnggggg.
