When will the Inquirer announce their endorsement and aren't they owned by right-wingers now

When will the Inquirer announce their endorsement and aren't they owned by right-wingers now
I'm a bit concerned, I thought a few years ago they were bought out (along with the Daily News) by some right-wingers. I realize that a McCain endorsement will have little effect on the city of Philadelphia but it could impact the suburbs.
