The Most Important Race in PA on Tues: State Supreme Court Judge

The most important and most contested elected on Tuesday in PA. is for Supreme Court Justice.

A level-headed moderate Democrat, Jack Pannella, is running against an ideological rightwinger. This race will determine whether PA. will continue to have absurdly gerrymandered US House and legislative districts after the 2010 census. Also, PA is likely to lose one or two US House seats, which will require major changes.

1. Defeat Joan..... Go Panella

Ive heard that this lady actually was committing to fix cases. Joan took ther 125000 from the PA Trial Lawyers Assn then turns around and slams Panella. Panella has far much more integrity and hopefully will defeat her. Hopefully we wont lose any seats, but id hold my breath on that. The 6th and 7th, or the 4th, 12th or 18th may be consolidated. We'll see, if that happens though, there will be some redrawing of some kind.
