PA. to require sprinklers in all new single family homes
Sprinkler systems have been required in most new business buildings and apartment buildiongs. PA. is now about to require sprinklers in newly built single family homes.

1. Townhouses or single family detached homes?
I'm reading conflicting information about whether the new State code will require sprinklers in only townhouses, or also require them in single family detached houses.
