He's on a Philadelphia NPR talk show right now defending cuts to education in Pennsylvania, while "explaining" why we should NOT tax the frackers.

Big surprise there. Koch Foundation funds his right-wing organization.
But of course, he's not identified as such for the general listener who isn't tuned into what's going on in our country right now.
