2. Graham on news last night

Grahm stated something like, the Senate will never support a resolution stating that we have LOST the war in I Iraq. Then went on to say something like the new plan to allow poor people to buy health insurance with pre-tax $ is a great benefit to them, and it will encourage them to buy, you know because they have more money before taxes are taken out. Nothing about taxing the insurance.
Am I missing something here? :sarcasm:
