Seeking an ISP in upstate SC to get DSL account--can anyone recommend one?

My main objective is to watch movies/TV shows on the computer.

1. Independent Telcos only choice in SC

Pretty Much depends on your County and which local Independent Telco is providing your phone service.
Most of them (Independent telcos) are all connected to Spirit Telephone out of Columbia, SC.

There is another Option if you are near the NC Boarder that is Road Runner Internet Services.
