SC Medicaid - Recipe for Disaster with proposed plan

The oh so cute named South Carolina Healthy Connections - is a plan to cut an already ailing state off at it's knees. http://www.dhhs.state.sc.us/dhhsnew/HealthyConnections/index.asp Take a look at it and write you're local reps and tell them that this plan is appaling.

Where is the compassion that is the tradition of the South? Don't tell me we can't afford it. We can't afford the consequences of our disenfranchised thousands staying away from, or delaying, treatment they need.
